Dr Hans Jurgen Tittmar (MbChB, BA, MRCGP)
Dr Tittmar undertook his undergraduate training in Edinburgh and most of his GP training was on the Isle of Lewis. He was a GP principal for 5 years in Harris and has been in this practice since 2007.
PRACTICE MANAGER
Eilidh MacNiven
Eilidh is responsible for the day to day management of the practice. She supports the GPs in providing high quality care and amongst other things is involved with human resources, patient safety, premises and equipment. She is the first point of contact if you have a complaint.
PRACTICE NURSE
Sister Fiona Limbert (BSc, RGN, SPQ in General Practice)
Fiona can be seen by appointment. She holds regular clinics for many chronic illnesses, vaccinations and health promotion activities such as smoking cessation and cervical smears. She can give travel advice and Yellow Fever Vaccinations. Fiona is also an independent nurse prescriber.
DISPENSARY MANAGER
Michelle Pryde
Michelle oversees the day to day running of the dispensary, stock management and works with the GPs and practice manager to ensure the practice meets current legislation with regards to dispensing.
RECEPTIONISTS
The reception staff are essential to direct you to the right person depending on your query. They are the vital initial contact point between patients and the practice. Most of our reception staff are also skilled dispensary assistants or have other roles within the practice.

PRACTICE PHARMACIST
Diana Lockhart
Diana is the community pharmacist at Cowal Community Hospital and holds regular clinics If you would like your medicines reviewed or you have questions about your medicines, any patient may make an appointment to see Diana.
There are many other valuable staff who are in our wider team including allied healthcare professionals e.g. physiotherapy/occupational therapy, district nurses and domestic staff.
