Riverbank surgery is a dispensing practice. This means that you can often collect your medication immediately following your appointment. If we don’t have your medication in stock we can usually order it within the next 1-2 days.
Repeat prescriptions can be collected between 9am and 5.30pm daily other than Wednesday (when the practice closes at 1pm). On Thursdays repeat prescriptions can be collected until 6pm.
Please use your re-order forms for your repeat prescription and allow 2 working days for it to be processed.
Our practice nurse is a prescriber and can prescribe for minor ailments.
