0800 111 4000 – Helpline for those at high risk of Coronavirus giving you access to essential food, medication and practical or emotional support. If you’re 70+, pregnant, a disabled person, receive the flu jab for medical reasons or access mental health services. Helpline available Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm.

0800 028 2816 – If you DO NOT have symptoms but are looking for general health advice.
