URGENT APPOINTMENTS
If you think your problem is urgent and you need to see the doctor or nurse that day please let our reception staff know and we will see you as soon as possible.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS
Sometimes you may not need to attend the surgery to discuss things with a doctor or nurse. The staff will arrange for the doctor or nurse to call you back on the day.
HOME VISITS
Home Visits are available for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability. If you think you need a home visit please call before 10am if possible. The doctor or nurse may call you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with over the phone.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please let us know as soon as possible.
