Normally the surgery is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
However, due to the CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC we currently need to telephone triage ALL patients for coronavirus and non-coronavirus problems, so we can ensure the safety of all patients and staff. We still have morning appointments available for urgent non coronavirus problems and daily routine telephone appointments for all other problems. The nurse or doctor will book you an appointment, if required, after speaking to you. Those with possible coronavirus will receive specific instructions, if needing to be seen, about how and when to attend the surgery. We ask that you strictly adhere to these instructions.
PRESCRIPTIONS: Please ensure to allow 72 hours from when ordering your prescriptions before collecting during the CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC.
To aid social distancing we have notices and restrictions in place around the practice. We appreciate your co-operation and patience with regards to these essential changes.
Please note the Practice is closed on Wednesdays from 1pm with the on call doctor available via the telephone until 6pm*. Outwith these times NHS24 (call 111) cover patients. We close for lunch daily from 1pm to 2pm*.

* When the practice is closed for lunch (daily 1-2pm) and on Wednesday afternoons (1-6pm), urgent matters will be dealt with by phoning the surgery / on call doctor contact number. Please do NOT call the on call doctor contact number out with these times as these calls will NOT be answered.
